What we hold on you
Short version: your name, your boat, and what you put in it. Nothing else, and nobody else sees it.

This table is generated from the code that does the holding. If a row is here, we do it. If we do it, there’s a row.

What we don’t do
The table above says what we hold. This is the more surprising half.
- No analytics. No Google, no Meta, no Segment, nothing.
- No tracking cookies. The only cookie here is the one that keeps you signed in.
- No advertising, and no advertisers.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data. There is no third party in this product to share it with.
- No profiling and no automated decisions about you.
- Your boat book has no public page. There is no URL that shows it to anybody but you.
Getting it back, or getting rid of it
You can download all of it, and you can delete all of it. Both are free, both are immediate, and neither is behind a plan.
Who holds it
Not stated. BoatDocked is operated before incorporation: there is no legal entity, registration number or VAT number to name yet, so we name none.

On this demo everything lives in the server's memory. Restart it and it is gone — including anything you added.
A lawyer has not read this page. That gap is written down rather than hidden.
